Coach Data Terms

About these terms
You accept these terms in the app before you invite a client, add check-ins for a client, or ask a client to let you add check-ins. They form part of the Terms of Service.
1. Roles
We control client accounts and everything in them, including entries you add. You are responsible for your own use of client data and for any copy you take outside Whisfit.
2. Access
See and record a client's data only within what that client shares with you, only to coach that client, and only while your link is active.
3. Use
Use client data only to coach that client, including their photos and measurements. Don't publish a client's photos or measurements (for example on social media) without that client's agreement. Don't sell client data, use it to train AI models, or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Accuracy
Record data only about the client it belongs to. If you add something to the wrong person, delete it and tell us at [email protected] promptly.
5. Copies
Delete copies you keep outside Whisfit within 30 days after your link with the client ends, or after we tell you the client asked for deletion.
6. Client requests
Forward to [email protected] promptly any privacy request a client sends you about their Whisfit data. You answer for the copies you keep.
7. Security
Keep your account secure, don't share your login, and tell us at once if you think it was compromised. We keep a record of the check-in actions you take for a client, and the client can ask for it.
8. Adults only
Coach only clients aged 18 or older through Whisfit.
9. Your duties
You are responsible for your professional duties, your own privacy notice to your clients, and the laws that apply to your work.
10. Demo clients and drafts
Don't put a real person's data into a demo client or a draft plan.
11. Indemnity
You will cover claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or your coaching, to the extent the law allows.
12. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms, and the app will ask you to accept a new version before you invite or record again. If you break these terms, we may suspend your coach access.
