1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every product sold by Ofek David Pazarker, a sole proprietor registered in Israel, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a purchase, ask for a refund within 30 days of the charge and you get your money back in full.
2. Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. Whisfit subscriptions
Whisfit is operated by Ofek David Pazarker, a sole proprietor registered in Israel (trading as Equival). You can cancel a Whisfit subscription at any time. You can get a refund within 30 days of your first charge or of any renewal.
