Whisfit is operated by Equival. You can delete your Whisfit account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
Delete it in the app
Sign in to Whisfit and open "Settings". Tap your account at the top (it shows your name, or "Account"), then tap "Delete account" and confirm with "Yes, delete my account". This deletes your account and its data.
Or ask us by email
You can also ask without the app. Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to Whisfit, and ask us to delete your account. We may need to confirm your identity.
What we delete
Your account and all your data: logged meals, workout history, check-ins and photos, and plans. We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data from our live systems.
What we keep, and for how long
Copies in backups, logs and our service providers' records are deleted later, on their own schedules. We keep some limited records longer only when needed for security, to meet a legal duty, or to handle a dispute.
